P1 Enrolment

The new school session starts on 17 August 2021.

Primary 1

If your child will be five years of age on or before 28 February 2022, they are eligible to enrol for Primary 1. 

Enrolment week for Primary 1 pupils will take place from Monday 25 January to Friday 29 January. 

If you wish to enrol your child for Primary 1, please do so during enrolment week. The online enrolment form will be available from Monday 25 January. 

Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no face-to-face enrolment in schools this session. Parents with no access to the online process can request a paper copy of the enrolment form from their catchment school during enrolment week. 

Gaelic Medium Education

Highland Council are committed to providing equal respect for English and Gaelic, on the basis that they both have an essential part to play in Highland life. It is for this reason that you are asked to consider whether you wish to complete enrolment for English Medium or Gaelic Medium Education. Within Glenurquhart Primary, we have a Gaelic Medium P1-7 class and enrolment for this is open through the above form also.
