Thriving Families is launching its Digital Peer Support Programme during Carers week for carers of children and young people with additional support needs in the Highlands.
In order to help people understand what it is and how it will work we are holding three zoom sessions next week. People can drop into any session to hear from Anna who is leading the programme and how it will work. It’s also an opportunity for anyone to talk about what they would like to see the programme deliver.
